My experience at Bristol Street Motors Ford Birmingham could have been better because the car was supposed to come with a 12 month MOT and this was missed and not completed, now having to go back in my own time to get this done, bodywork prep was okay and not to the standard I wanted, Impossiblè to speak to Sales on the phone never available, workshop service team are great!
